"Thee" Box.

Wonderful Tea caddy. Veneered with "eyes bird" maple or Elm Burr and rosewood. The top and the angles are decorated with Mother of pearl and silvered metal inlaids. Very interesting the way the "Tea - Thee" word is written, pointing to be the old writing in German. The inside is the original one. It has an original working lock and key.

Maravillosa caja para té. Chapada con Arce de ojo de perdiz o raiz de olmo y palosanto. La tapa y los ángulos están decorados con marqueterá de nacar y metal plateado. Es muy interesante la manera en que está escrita la palabra "Té - Thee" apuntando a la antigüa grafía alemana. El interior es original. Tiene cerradura y llave originales en condición de funcionamiento.
